Once we’ve provided you with the right components
and systems at the lowest cost, we begin construction management
and labor. We manage the use and delivery of your materials, and
we administer our comprehensive safety program, which entails regular,
on-the-job inspections to ensure adequate safety practices. We perform
quality-control walks at the completion of framing, and we generate
a punch-list for any problems. All discrepancies—no matter
how small—are noted for rework. The project manager performs
a final check on shimmed and planed walls for drywall fit and finish.

Your Assurance of Quality and Efficiency
By controlling the entire structural shell of your project, Universal achieves efficiencies in labor and materials. The quality of both your crew and your components is assured, because we provide both. In fact, Universal offers a warranty on all of our framing products and services. Universal warrants and represents to the customer that its labor shall be warranted against defects for a period of one year.
