What Qualifications are needed for Production Management?

Growth Steps:

Phase One: Production Management Trainee

Extensive on-the-job training, exposure to every job in the operation, product knowledge and formal management training.

Phase Two: Assistant Production Manager

Direct supervision of various operational departments, responsibility for safety, recruiting and hiring functions, continued formal training from Universal, plus external professional training and independent study. During this phase, you will develop comprehensive knowledge of a plant's manufacturing operations with responsibility for managing a manufacturing process. You will be supported by continued formal training and independent study.
