Sales TraineeThe first step is to work as a Sales Trainee, where you'll learn the lumber business from the ground up. Customer Service RepresentativeAs a Customer Service Representative, the pace quickens. Responsibilities include account receivable management, product line implementation, maintenance of store sets and working with store personnel to conduct product knowledge and how-to clinics. Successful performance here means a move to Account Manager. Account ManagersAccount Managers drive our business. They are responsible for finding and qualifying new accounts, preparing and presenting proposals, closing sales and developing solid relationships with customers. |
