Form Boards & Pre-cast Panel Forms
Our concrete forming boards and pre-cast panel forms resist twisting, bowing and shrinking. Use them for poured-in-place jobs and for tilt-up walls, too. The forms are available in a variety of lengths and depths; the boards typically come in 1 1/4" x 11 7/8" size, but other lengths and depths are also available.

Phenolic surface film faced forming panels can be FSC-certified for your LEED® projects. These concrete forming panels are durable, waterproof-coated and are capable of enduring multiple pours. These phenolic film face forming panels provide a matte finish with virtually no grain or patch transfer to the concrete surface. Each panel’s surface is smooth, glossy and abrasion resistant, making it a perfect choice when finish is critical.
