What is the EverIron Ornamental Polymer Fence System?
EverIron is a complete system of components that fit together easily to make a finished fence. The components include fence panels, corner posts, straight-line posts, gates, and all the accessories including two kinds of post tops, gate hinges and latches, and special hardware for installing posts on a concrete slab.
Will EverIron rust like wrought iron, dent like aluminum, or crack like vinyl?
No. EverIron is manufactured with Zyron resin and - unlike wrought iron, aluminum, or vinyl - will not rust, fade, dent, or discolor. Zyron resin has a long history of use in exterior automotive and marine applications.
How easy is it to install?
With the right tools, two people can usually install an in-ground fence for a 50' x 50' yard in two weekends. The "right tools" include a posthole digger and equipment for mixing and pouring cement – a wheelbarrow and hoe work well. See our instructions for more details.
Does EverIron Fencing install differently than wood or vinyl?
Laying out your fence job and installation are very similar to wood and vinyl installations. The installation advantage of EverIron is that each section is much lighter than wood or vinyl (approx. 14 lbs.), and therefore easier to install with less help.
How do I determine how much fencing I'll need for my yard?

How many styles of EverIron fence are there?
EverIron is available in the Cambridge and Heritage styles. The Cambridge style features an ornate, elegant look complete with fleur-de-lis finials, while the Heritage design has a squared-off, contemporary look. Both styles are available in either black or white.
Will I ever have to paint my EverIron fence?
No – the Zyron polymer contains special ultraviolet inhibitors that prevent fading or discoloring. And because the color goes all the way through, scratches are the same color as the rest of the surface. Zyron polymer is a non-porous material, and paint will not adhere to its surface.
Can I use EverIron as protective railing or security fence, or around swimming pools?
No – EverIron Ornamental Polymer Fence was designed for decorative purposes only. EverIron should not be used for protective railing, as a security fence, or around swimming pools.
Does EverIron come in any other heights or lengths?
Currently, 42" x 6' is our only fence panel size. However, you can cut the fence panel to size to suit your project needs.
Does EverIron have any other uses?
Yes, EverIron sections can be used as attractive accents for patios and flowerbeds, and they add an inexpensive, decorative touch to many other landscaping projects. Some design ideas are available on the Design Ideas area of our website.
