DHP^® — Double Hinge Plate

Universal has developed the DHP—Double Hinge Plate for manufactured housing and modular builders. This special connector allows manufacturers to ship stronger and larger structures that fold down for shipping.

SideStep^® Plate

The Universal SideStep Plate is a reliable. pre-engineered field connection between a folding kneewall and the bottom chord or kingpost of a roof truss. The unique geometry of the connector allows builders to continue to install bottom plates on their folding kneewall sets.
