About Custom Pin-Connected Trusses
Custom open-web pin-connected trusses are comprised of a structural wood chord, metal web and a pin connection. Pin-trusses are commonly installed in restaurant, retail and commercial structures and are ideal for both floor and roof construction. Its simple top chord bearing connection is designed specifically to handle an eccentric load and eliminate the need of increased building height and notched plates.
