NEW COPPER ACCESSORIES MEET CONSUMER DESIRE FOR HIGH-END ARCHITECTURAL ACCENTS
WINTHROP, MAINE – Feb. 12, 2007 – In 1994, Maine Ornamental introduced their first copper-topped post cap, beginning a design revolution that solidified their place as the nation’s largest manufacturer of decorative post caps for decks, fences and other post applications.
Today, the company’s copper post caps and post points remain best sellers, available in several different styles, including the traditional Victoria Copper High Point, the flat-surfaced Copper Plateau and the substantial Copper Ball Cap. Copper styles of slightly smaller stature, like the company’s Newport and Hatteras post caps and the elegantly simple Copper Post Point, also remain highly popular.
For the 2007 season, Maine Ornamental has introduced some all-new copper accents as fence and deck accessories:
All-new Convertible Post Cap Lights are available in two copper styles -- a round, etched copper design and a square, traditional, New England lantern style. Both styles, also available in stainless, mount on top of rail posts and can be used with either the solar-powered LED light (included) or with candles for a more romantic glow.
Victoria Copper Post Caps – Now available in 8” x 8” and 10” x 10” sizes, the larger versions of the Victoria Copper High Point feature the same quality, style and features as the original 4” x 4” and 6” x 6” sizes.
Copper Post Accents, designed to add the finishing touch to fence and deck posts, are available in a 3” x 15” size, featuring a five-sided plateau design that adds dimension and shimmer to the sides of rail posts. The Post Accent comes with easy-to-install attachment hardware.
The Sundial Copper Accessory is a creative new product that offers function and beauty. The sundial, also available in stainless, is a Maine Ornamental exclusive.
