New Cedar Preassembled Railing Offers One-Piece Installation and an Elegant Touch
WINTHROP, MAINE – July 18, 2007 – Maine Ornamental, LLC, the leading designer and manufacturer of decorative post caps and deck accessories, has introduced a handcrafted, preassembled railing that installs in minutes, yet looks custom built.
The new, all-wood railing comes packaged in fully-assembled sections complete with hardware, allowing for quick-and-easy installation. Simply set the posts and attach the sections using the supplied brackets.
With its pre-glued mortise and tenoned connections, the railing has a smooth, continuous finish. This cedar preassembled railing is 34 inches high and is available in both six and eight-foot sections. Matching 42-inch cedar post sleeves and 6-foot stair rails are also available.
But that’s just the beginning. Maine Ornamental’s Preassembled Railing has options for finishing touches previously found only on custom-built decks: Glass Rail Accents in the same patterns used on Maine Ornamental’s popular Tiffany-style post caps -- California Grape, Sunflower and Mission. These can be integrated into the rail design to create a total customized look.
