Deckorators to Showcase Voyage Decking in Show Village Immersive Experience at IBSx 2021
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., February 1, 2021 - Deck builders can experience award-winning Deckorators® Voyage™ composite decking in a new way at IBSx™, the virtual version of the NAHB International Builders’ Show®. The housing industry’s annual convention and trade show will be held online February 9–12, 2021.
Premium Deckorators Voyage mineral-based composite (MBC) decking will be featured on the Thoughtful Home in Pro Builder’s Show Village Immersive Experience. The Thoughtful Home design focuses on rejuvenation and relaxation through multifunctional spaces that can be adapted to fit a variety of uses. Attendees can register for a virtual tour of the Thoughtful Home — anytime from anywhere on any internet-enabled device.
Voyage decking in Mesa (red-brown) will appear on the Thoughtful Home in alternating 9¼-inch and 5½-inch widths. It will be complemented by the following Deckorators products:

Deckorators Voyage varied-plank decking brings the interior design trend of mixing widths of hardwood flooring to outdoor living. Voyage varied-plank decking is available in widths of 3½, 5½, 7¼, and new 9¼ inches and five vertical grain colors with the look of hardwood: Sierra (dark gray), Tundra (gray), Costa (golden brown), Mesa (red brown) and Khaya (true brown).
Compared to competitive multi-width decking options composed of PVC, Voyage varied-plank decking is made with patented MBC technology that is similar in weight, significantly stronger, allows less thermal movement and absorbs less moisture. Voyage also provides 34 percent or greater surface traction than other leading capped composites in both wet and dry conditions. The decking is backed by an industry-leading 50-year structural, 25-year stain-and-fade, 25-year removal-and-replacement limited warranty with additional coverage for water and ground contact.
